2018 wrap up

Seasons greetings to all our fellow travellers. We hope 2019 will be another great year for you all, perhaps even better for some!!! We have had a fantastic 2018 travelling in Vietnam again – our April tour was one of those ‘never a dull moment’ tours with some very entertaining travellerstrust you all enjoyed it as much as we did. We didn’t get the numbers to do our 2 week Centre explorer tour this year which meant we spent a lot more time at home doing winter gardening jobs. Then all of a sudden it was October with a full tour and off we went to the fantastic north again with another excellent bunch of people. We never tire of this wonderful country and are looking forward to 2019 with our April tour just about full, 2 places left. Also next year brings in our first tour in Myanmar leaving mid September – we still have a couple of places left, so if you are interested we know it will be a magical trip. Myanmar for us is like the land time forgot, people going about their daily lives in an old fashioned way i.e. no modern distractions like our western cultures, although they do have phones! Highlights will include the serene Inle Lake, Bagan (including Mt. Popa) and a visit to the tribes of the Kayan people where the ladies still wear bras coils around their necks.
